I would dare to say that I have never tasted better meat coming out of a grill than in this phenomenal restaurant located in the Villegas street 347. Loin steaks and sausage steaks enter and leave the fire everywhere. Roasts of strip, pork slaughterhouse, Patagonian lamb ribs, beef kidneys, sausages, black pudding, sausage, Creole sausage ... all combined, of course, with a good bottle of red wine from Mendoza. If you are a carnivorous animal like me, in Argentina you will think you have found the Paradise, and in El Boliche de Alberto you will seem to be sitting to the right of the Lord.

Rent a bike in the morning to do some exercise touring the small circuit Enjoying the fantastic views offered by the Andean landscape, it can be a great way to start a day. A slight picnic in any meadow or in the middle of any forest that is halfway there; return to the lodge with the sweaty shirt and the unparalleled satisfaction that one leaves the duty fulfilled after playing sports; a good hot shower, and you will be ready to enjoy a good piece of meat in Alberto's Bowling and put the chilli pepper on a perfect day.
